When I logged him in he was still parked in Outbreak where I’d slowly fight the contaminated until he earned the Isolator badge. After that, I joined a mildly successful sewer team and leveled him up to 5.
Anyway, I was surprised to get an invite to a team of “finalists” where we all lined up in City Hall. There were some good costumes there, but I managed to win 1st prize (300k influence), and an invite to the sponsor’s SG. Somewhere in the back of my mind I wonder if they were slightly biased towards me because I’m an archer (the two judges were archers as well).
