I had plenty of fun this past weekend. I spent a lot of time on Infinity trying to level up my Brute, Knockaround. While I wasn’t able to get to 50, I did get her from 26 to 37. Not bad as far as I’m concerned. Plus, I earned a promotion in my VG, Section Eight, for how much prestige I had earned, and I got to team with some really nice folks. Maybe I won’t solo so much on Infinity in the future.
The first of my brand new Color Palette Costume Contests was a success with a record-breaking 16 entries! There were a lot of good looking designs, and it was very difficult to choose a winner. A new palette was posted Sunday and already has 8 entries.
Sunday, I also went to my first comic book convention in what seems like years. I didn’t really intend to buy much, but it was difficult to pass up those $4 Quantum & Woody collections I’d heard so much about. Plus, I was able to complete my Despero build-a-figure with an slightly overpriced Batman Beyond that I was missing. All in all, a pretty good weekend.
