Two months later…

I had intended to write an update at the one month mark, but procrastination took over until the timing was no longer relevant. So, as February comes to an end, I decided to do a two month update instead. Let's see how they're going... -

When interests collide
Posted on December 6, 2008 | View CommentsLong before I thought of myself as otaku, I was a fanboy (basically, an American version of otaku for comic books and related media). I have G.I.Joe to thank for that. Growing up in the 80s, I was inundated with a variety of action figures and the animated series they spawned, so it was only natural that I would discover the existence of G.I.Joe comic books. Hell, they actually had commercials on TV! -
Animail – Saturday edition
Posted on September 27, 2008 | View CommentsThis perplexes me. It's too soon for the order I had shipped to my house (instead of work) to arrive. It's a decent-sized box, too... Since there's no sense in delaying the inevitable, I cut the box open. Inside were the Mermaid Forest DVDs I had ordered through Amazon's marketplace.
