    Madhouse to Produce Wolverine and Iron Man Anime

    Marvel Entertainment announced today that they're partnering up with the well known Madhouse to create some new series based off of Marvel Comics characters for the Japanese market. Similar to what was done by Gonzo with Witchblade, the series will be done in a way that fits into the Japanese anime sensibilities which means they may not retain a lot of familiar elements that the comics fans are familiar with.

    There's a new animated X-Men series coming our way, and Wolverine's leading the way. Click the header above to see the trailer. I would've preferred to embed it, but it's not a youtube video and didn't appear to have an embed code.My take:The style's not bad. It's not overwhelmingly great, either. Based on what's in the trailer, I'd say X-Men: Evolution was of better quality. However, this series looks like
